Cranberry Ice Cubes: a Simple, Colorful, and Festive Touch

Cranberry Ice Cubes: a Simple, Colorful, and Festive Touch

Water is boring.  But when you entertain, you must offer your guests water - but who wants a Kirkland water bottle, when you can have a mason jar of crystal clear, cold water with colorful, festive ice cubes?

Cranberry Ice Cubes: a Simple, Colorful, and Festive TouchIt's so simple and the results are appreciated by everyone.  I served cranberry ice cubes at Thanksgiving, our "Kick Off Christmas" party, our Christmas party and on Christmas Eve.  They look amazing floating in a punch bowl and even in something as simple as water.

Inexpensive and easy for you - colorful, thoughtful and appreciated by your guests.

It's easy peasy, just put 3 (or so) cranberries in each cube, fill (almost to the top) with water (watch out - cranberries are very buoyant) and freeze for a couple hours before guests arrive.

Believe me, it's worth the effort - I have now been dubbed by my family as the "New Martha Stewart."  But also be careful, because now you will be the "go-to" for hosting all the parties for your family and friends!
